Services
The Human Resources Department is responsible for recruitment and selection, employee relations, benefits administration, and organizational support for all City departments. Services include:
- Recruitment, testing, and hiring coordination
- Employee onboarding and offboarding
- Benefits administration (health, dental, vision, retirement)
- Labor relations and contract administration
- Employee relations and performance management support
- Policy development and implementation
- Classification and compensation administration
- Risk management and workers’ compensation coordination
- Training and professional development
- Compliance with federal and state employment laws
- Payroll coordination and personnel records management
Staff
Human Resources staffing includes the Finance Director, Finance & Human Resource Specialist, and contracted services that support specialized human resources functions, compliance requirements, and organizational needs.
