Law enforcement services for the City of Willows are provided in partnership with the Glenn County Sheriff’s Department. Services include:
Patrol Services
- 24-hour emergency response
- Proactive patrol and crime prevention
- Traffic enforcement and accident response
- Community engagement and neighborhood presence
Investigations
- Criminal investigations
- Evidence collection and case follow-up
- Coordination with the District Attorney’s Office
Public Safety & Community Services
- Crime prevention programs
- School and youth engagement (if applicable)
- Public safety education
- Community outreach initiatives
Emergency Response
- Response to calls for service
- Mutual aid coordination
- Disaster and emergency management support
Records & Reports
- Police reports
- Incident documentation
- Public records requests (subject to the California Public Records Act)

Staff
Law enforcement services are provided by the Glenn County Sheriff’s Department under contract with the City of Willows.
