Law Enforcement Services Update
On July 1, 2026, the Law Enforcement Services contract with the Glenn County Sheriff ended. The Glenn County Sheriff’s Office has publicly stated that the Sheriff “will comply with his constitutional and statutory obligations and duties and will perform these obligations and duties in accordance with all applicable laws.” The full text of the Press Release is available here.
If you are experiencing an emergency or a crime in progress, call 911 immediately.
For non-emergency incidents, please file a report by:
- Calling the City of Willows Non-Emergency Hotline at (530) 934-3321.
- Completing a non-emergency incident report form by email to info@cityofwillows.org.
- Mailing or delivering a completed non-emergency incident report form to:

City Hall’s hours of operation are Monday through Thursday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Reports received by the City will be forwarded to the Glenn County Sheriff’s Office for additional follow up.
The City is continuing to develop supplemental public safety response options to enhance law enforcement services for the community. Additional information will be provided as it becomes available.
