Business Licenses

All businesses operating within the City of Willows are required to obtain and maintain a valid Business License. This includes retail businesses, service providers, contractors, home-based businesses, and temporary vendors. A Business License must be obtained prior to conducting business within city limits and must be renewed annually.

Applications are reviewed for compliance with City regulations, including zoning and other applicable requirements. Submitting a complete and accurate application will help avoid delays in processing.
